マシン移行時（P2V,V2Vなど）のライセンスルール変更箇所
- システム移行時には移行元/移行先の両方にActiveImage Protector -REのライセンスが必要
- 移行元/移行先が仮想環境の場合は、仮想マシン台数にかかわらず基本的にActiveImage Protector -RE Virtualが必要

移行元にActiveImage Protector -RE Server を所有している場合
⇒ 移行先用としてActiveImage Protector -RE Virtual が必要
移行元にActiveImage Protector -RE を所有していない場合
⇒ 移行元用としてActiveImage Protector -RE Server が必要
移行先用としてActiveImage Protector -RE Virtual が必要
